Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your LED backpack, luggage, or waist bag, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer support team at hello@ledbackpacks.co.uk or through our contact form to request a return authorisation.
2. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging included.
- Returns must be posted within 10 days after your request is approved.
- Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or despatch your replacement item, as requested. Please allow 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
